There are many organisations that can help and support you through difficult times.  I know it is difficult to ask for help, but it is there as and when you need it.  Asking for help isn't a weakness, it shows strength and bravery.




There are many organisations that can help you, here are a few of them:

Sexual Assault Referral Centre

Contacting a Sexual Referral Centre does not mean you need to report it to the police, they are there to support you and your choices.  You will not be made to do anything you do not want to do.
